- Despite efforts for accuracy, there may be some reasonable error due to manual measurement.

- Actual product colours may vary due to monitor settings & lightings.

- Before using the electric fireplace, thoroughly read and understand the user manual provided by the manufacturer.

- It must be installed by competent persons.

- It is recommended that two or more people cooperate during the installation process and wear gloves to avoid injury.

- You will need the following tools (not included): a Phillips screwdriver, a stud finder, a level, a tape measure, an electric drill, a 1/4" wood drill bit, and a hammer.

- The fire is designed to be permanently fixed to a wall with a minimum distance of 300mm between the base of the fire and the floor. A distance of 600mm is recommended for the optimum height on the wall.

- The supplied wall plugs are intended for solid walls only. Depending on the wall type, suitable alternative fixings must be used.

- Before drilling, ensure there is no pipework or electrical wiring behind the wall that could be damaged during installation.

- When the heater is first turned on, a slight odour may be present. This is normal and should not occur again unless the heater is not used for a long period of time.

- The heater must not be moved while in use. Please allow a suitable amount of time for the unit to cool before attempting to move it.

- Do not store or use gasoline or other flammable liquids in the vicinity of this appliance.

- The presence of combustible materials within a radius of 0.9 meters is forbidden.

- Unplug the unit and clean with a vacuum only, and do not rinse or get wet.
