We provide free UK mainland delivery through our long-standing connections with UPS, Yodel, Parcel Force, DPD, FedEx, DHL, and other major international carriers.
What is your return policy?
Bathroom Deco values its customers and wants you to be happy with your purchase. As a result, we provide a 30-day return policy on all items and hope that our customers have a pleasant shopping experience.
If any product you receive is faulty or incorrect, we are happy to offer you free of charge for the return costs. (We require proof for faulty or incorrect items e.g photos or videos)
However, if you have received the items and choose to change your mind or cancel the order after delivery, certain return fees will apply. And the return expenses would be determined by the worth of your items:

We will send you an email to advise you that we have received your returned item after it has been received and reviewed by our specialists.
