Plaster board lifter is brilliant. Placed 7 sheets of 8' x 4' plasterboard on the ceiling on my own in half a day. It feels sturdy and is easy to use. Comes apart easily for transport/storage. The only 2 negatives are that the instructions weren't totally clear. For example there was no information on how to attach the cable to the handle. Worked it out eventually. The other problem was with the courier. First delivery was attempted at the wrong address, second delivery only brought 1 of the 2 boxes, third delivery completed the order! The lifter it's-self is brilliant.
Great product very easy to assemble if you have any common sense.
Well made and robust.
Wish I had bought one years ago.

I placed an order for the plasterboard hoist which arrived in 3 days. The instructions completely miss out where to attach the cable but a visit to the local tool hire shop remedied that. once the hoist was built and was lifting the first sheet of plasterboard the bracket holding the winding wheel buckled to such an extent that the wheel was rubbing against the steel cable and was impossible to raise the board after an initial quick response from the company asking for photos and a video of the problem they have since stopped communicating with me. so I am stuck with a hoist that dosent work out of pocket and no plasterboard on my ceiling! avoid at all costs!
Delivered on time and what a life saver this machine is. Makes hanging plasterboard a breeze.
After scouring facebook marketplace and ebay for a few weeks and being let down . I bit the bullet and found this , very marginally more expensive ( not taking into account fuel and time it would of taken to collect) glad I did , was notified that day when it will come , the courier kept me updated and it arrived two days after ordering
What a service , and the product is great too, I have always done ceilings( done 1/2 dozen) on platforms this one is nearly 3mtrs high so a bit of a task to do alone , yes the instructions are a bit vague , it's not long however before you get the gist of it , when you put the first board up you are a bit apprehensive, after that it's fine
